  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
